Programs

Breeders Choice Make Sure Your Puppies Get Registered. Make Sure Your Kennel Name is on the Puppy*Breeders Choice -enroll and save on advertising, pedigrees and litter certificates. Save 10% on Advertising, Pedigrees and Litter Certificates and Reports. Register the entire litter and then register each puppy individually. Excellent for naming the puppy and you can register the puppy on a full or limited registration. Total Fee 1-4 puppies $75.00 over 4 puppies $125.00

Registration

Registration Errors
If there is an error on your registration papers due to the ADF please notify the ADF within 30 days of the date of Issue otherwise there will
be a fee applied to correcting the ADF error
Individual Dog Registration Correction fee after 30 days due to ADF error $25.00
Correction/ Reissue of Individual Dog Registration due to owner error on application $25.00.
Reissue of lost registration papers $25.00 Only the Owner of Record can request duplicate registration papers. If you have purchased a dog
and misplaced the registration papers please contact the previous owner (Owner of Record) and ask them to contact the registry for
duplicate registration papers. The Owner of Record will then complete the transfer as required on the back of the registration papers and
send/give them to the new owner who can then register the dog.
Re Issue registration due to ADF error- No Charge if within the 30 days of the mailing date, otherwise standard charges apply as lost or
stolen papers

Late Fees

Breeder If your litter has been registered and you are registering a puppy from that litter more than 12 months
after the litter was originally registered the late fee is $10.00
Late Fee – Owner If you are registering a dog more than 12 months after the date of transfer from the breeder the late fee is $10.00

Breeder History/Breeder Record/Account Record
Set Up Online Access – All litters produced and registered and all dogs owned by the breeder who are registered by the breeder, this
record is updated every month
with the ADF $125.00-$275.00 for first year depending on the amount of data. Thereafter there is a administrative fee of $30.00/year until
terminated by the breeder.

Breeder Reports

Breeder History Record sent by USPS $125.00-$275.00 depending on volume of dogs, litters and any additional information, billing will call before charges are made.
