The host club and the American Dog Federation assumes no responsibility for any losses, damage or injury sustained or inflickted by any
spectator, exhibitoers, handlers or to any animal or property. The ADF and host club is not responsible for injury to children not under the control of a parent or guardian. The ADF
and the host club is not responsible for any accidents loss damage or theft to persons, animals and or possessions . By signing this agreement, I and those who are attending this show
with me hereby agree to waive, any claim or lawsuits resulting from my participation in this event, and any action, decision or judgement made by any ADF and host club

REVERSE SIDE - AGREEMENT
I (we) agree that the club holding this event has the right to refuse this entry for cause which the club shall deem sufficient.
In consideration of the acceptance of this entry and of the holding of this event and of the opportunity to have the dog judged
and to win prizes, ribbons, or trophies, I (we) agree to hold the American Dog Federation/Designer Breed Registry, the
event-giving club, their members, directors, governors, officers, agents, superintendents or event secretary and the owner
and/or lessor of the premises and any provider of services that are necessary to hold this event and any employees or
volunteers of the aforementioned parties, and any ADF/DBR approved judge, judging at this event, harmless from any claim
for loss or injury which may be alleged to have been caused directly or indirectly to any person or thing by the act of this dog
while in or about the event premises or grounds or near any entrance thereto, and I (we) personally assume all
responsibility and liability for any such claim; and I (we) further agree to hold the aforementioned parties harmless from any
claim for loss, injury or damage to this dog.
Additionally, I (we) hereby assume the sole responsibility for and agree to indemnify, defend and save the aforementioned
parties harmless from any and all loss and expense (including legal fees) by reason of the liability imposed by law upon
any of the aforementioned parties for damage because of bodily injuries, including death at any time resulting there from,
sustained by any person or persons, including myself (ourselves) or on account of damage to property, arising out of or in
consequence of my (our) participation in this event, however such injuries, death or property damage may be caused, and
whether or not the same may have been caused or may be alleged to have been caused by the negligence of the
aforementioned parties or any of their employees, agents, or any other persons.
I (WE) AGREE
THAT ANY CAUSE OF ACTION, CONTROVERSY OR CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE ENTRY, EXHIBITION
OR ATTENDANCE AT THE EVENT BETWEEN THE ADF/DBR AND THE EVENT-GIVING CLUB (UNLESS OTHERWISE
STATED IN ITS PREMIUM LIST) AND MYSELF (OURSELVES) OR AS TO THE CONSTRUCTION, INTERPRETATION AND
EFFECT OF THIS AGREEMENT SHALL BE SETTLED BY ARBITRATION PURSUANT TO THE APPLICABLE RULES OF THE
AMERICAN ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION.
DOGS WHO ARE NOT ENTERED IN THIS SHOW WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ON THE SHOW GROUNDS FOR ANY REASON
ATTIRE AND BEHAVIOR
A.. Attire male or female handlers for any show sanctioned by the ADF/DBR - No sandals. No shoes with heels over 1 inch .
No pants that are above the ankle. Skirts can be worn by women handlers but must be no shorter than 1 inch above the top
of the knee. No strapless or halter tops of any type. No shirts that would be considered a guinea tee for male or female handlers.
B. All dogs shall be contained on an appropriate lead and collar that will withstand any playful or aggressive behavior. No
dog shall be tied /chained. Dogs left unattended shall be kept in a crate that is appropriate for their size with adequate
ventilation and water. Dogs that are being shown shall have a lead and collar that will withstand a sudden attempt to become playful or
aggressive while in the conformation or obedience ring. Dogs that disrupt a class may be excused from the ring or be
positioned in a manner such as not to be a distraction or threat to handlers or dogs in the ring. Dogs acting aggressively
and who cannot be controlled will be asked to leave the show area with no monies refunded but will receive a voucher for a
future show or compete through video.
C. Good sportsmanship behavior is expected, any persons either verbally or physically abusing another individual or dog
will be asked to leave the show grounds with NO MONIES refunded. A meeting of the show officials will determine if the
individual/s will be able to participate in future events sanctioned by the ADF or DBR.
CLASSES OFFERED AT THIS SHOW
1. (Event Class) Consult the classification in this premium list. If the event class in which you are entering your dog is
divided, then, in addition to designating the class, specify the particular division of the class in which you are entering your
dog, if offered at this show i.e., age division, color division, weight division, obedience level
2. A dog must be entered in the name of the person who actually owned it at the time entries for an event closed.
CONFORMATION CLASSES: Jr. Puppy 6-12 Sr. Puppy over 12 months-18 months Open, Merit Champion (altered dogs)
OBEDIENCE CLASSES: Novice Open EXEMPLARY CANINE CITIZEN
All fees collected include registration with the appropriate registering body the American Dog Federation or Designer
Breed Registry.
ALL ENTRIES CLOSE AT 9:AM THE DAY OF THE SHOW UNLESS OTHERWISE MENTIONED AT THE SHOW.
